Vodafone is able to offer almost the entire UK 2G coverage and at 70% coverage for its 3G coverage is a major force to be reckoned with. While Vodafone is able to offer the widest coverage area for 3G, it comes at a price as their broadband contracts start at the high end of £15 per month for their lowest rate. However, in exchange, you do get access to the fastest broadband provider across the UK at a stunning 7.2Mb top speed.
The company has however recently offered a few new contracts to help entice customers to its network with a mobile broadband portfolio and a one month contract for those who are contact shy.
The 3GB package charges £15 for each additional GB and the 5GB charges the same, so it is wise to monitor your GB use before choosing which will best fit your needs.
Vodafone’s standard packages are 12, 18, and 24 months and users who do not purchase 5GB contracts on the latter two extended plans do have to pay something for their modem which is rated according to the expense of the plan.
